ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:
Arrivals: it is necessary to provide the name of the airline, flight number and how many passengers are in your group. We constantly review flights time come to avoid delays.
We suggest the following upon arrival at Los Cabos airport.
Avoid timeshare sellers, none of the gentleman asking for your information to your destination are there to help you, they will offer you free transportation but hook you into buying timeshare.
Our company Cabo Quality Travels don’t know them and they don’t know me, just say no thank you and don´t stop.
Our driver will be waiting outside Terminal 2 (T2) with your name on a sign in bold letters.
If you arrive to Terminal 1 (T1), follow the departure of groups.
Departures: It is necessary to provide the schedule of your flight, the location where you will be and the schedule we should be there to picked you up
Departure times: Are set according to your flight time which are normally 3 hours prior to departure time, please no last minute changes on the day of. If you would like to change your pick up time from the resort please do so within 48 hours of the departure date and time, otherwise we will not change your pick up from the resort; unless there is a medical emergency flight cancellation or other acts of nature due to weather or any other unforeseen situation.
PAYMENT:
To guarantee your return to the airport you need pay full price when you arrive.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance otherwise no refund will be provided.
According to the policies and standards of the Secretary of Transportation in Baja California Sur, changes can be made up to 5 hours prior to the service that is to be provided.
Cannot last-minute changes cannot be, cause service will depend our drivers and vehicles availability.
